Accounts are provisioned for a single named professional. Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing access without written authorization is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

The platform is provided as a diagnostic intelligence tool. Reasonable use policies apply to scans, dossier exports, AI assistant queries, and API throughput.

We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate access in cases of abusive automation, attempted reverse engineering, or activity that compromises platform integrity for other users.

The platform provides data-driven diagnostic evaluation and documentation management for informational purposes only. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or formal legal opinions, and your use of the platform does not establish an attorney-client relationship.

We make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the actual or ultimate success of any immigration petition, application, or adjudication outcome with the USCIS or any other government agency. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the platform operator's primary corporate jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Due to the immediate allocation of AI compute resources, personalized diagnostic generation, and downloadable strategy briefs, all purchases on eb1avisa.ai are final upon account upgrade.

If a technical fault or billing error prevents access to paid platform features, users can request resolution or a refund by contacting support@eb1avisa.ai within 7 days of purchase.
